Property Rules 1. Smoking inside the apartment and common areas is strictly prohibited. 2. Parties, gatherings, and loud events are not allowed. 3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Disturbing other guests or neighbors is not permitted. 4. Only guests included in the reservation may stay in the apartment. Visitors and additional guests are not allowed without prior approval. 5. Pets are not allowed without prior written permission. 6. Entering the apartment with ski boots or equipment that may damage the flooring or furniture is prohibited. 7. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, broken items, or missing property. The full cost of any damage must be paid. 8. Furniture and equipment must not be moved without permission. 9. Towels, bed linen, kitchen equipment, and other property must not be removed from the apartment. 10. When leaving the apartment, all windows must be closed, lights and electrical appliances switched off, and the entrance door locked. 11. Waste must be disposed of in the designated areas. Excessive rubbish must not be left inside the apartment. 12. Lost keys, access cards, or entry devices will be charged at replacement cost. 13. Check-in and check-out must take place within the agreed times. Late check-out without prior approval may result in an additional charge. 14. Serious or repeated violations of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these property rules.

Cancellation Policy All reservations are considered final and non-refundable. Any cancellation, modification, shortening of stay, change of dates, or request for a refund is valid only if expressly approved in writing by the property owner. Verbal agreements, telephone conversations, messages from third parties, or requests submitted through booking platforms do not constitute approval unless the owner provides written confirmation. If the guest cancels the reservation without the owner's prior written consent, the full reservation amount remains payable and no refund will be issued. No refund will be provided for: - Early departure - Late arrival - No-show - Unused nights - Changes in travel plans - Personal reasons - Weather conditions - Transport delays or cancellations - Ski conditions or closure of ski facilities - Any other circumstances outside the owner's control Any exception to this policy is entirely at the owner's discretion and must be confirmed in writing before it becomes valid. By completing the reservation, the guest confirms acceptance of this cancellation policy.
